Great Location and Cleanliness
perfect location bus line kind staff
The hotel's location is perfect. It is within walking distance of many points of interest. The airport express bus line 397 terminates in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel are tram and bus stations for various lines that cross the city. The staff at the lobby are very kind and helpful.. I liked the cleanliness everywhere.

the location was convenient. tram stops were just a short walk away, and getting around was easy.
the room i had was a bit disappointing for what i paid (it felt underwhelming, actually). the air conditioning was noisy at night, and it was hard to sleep well because of that constant hum.

Fantastic Location and Great Amenities
convenient location comfortable bed in-room laundry
I found the location convenient. I could easily access many attractions using the bus and tram lines nearby. The room was clean and well kept. The presence of a washing machine and dryer was a real plus for my stay. The bed was so comfortable, and i slept well each night.
The hvac system in my room did not function properly. I informed the staff, but it wasn't fixed during my three-night stay. There was no offer of an alternate room.

The suite suited my family perfectly. Connecting rooms allowed our children to sleep comfortably and have some personal space. The modern room was super clean. It included a large bed and an excellent walk-in shower, which i found very convenient.

The staff was helpful. The front desk staff provided chocolates for my family. This nice treat was a thoughtful gesture that greatly improved our arrival experience. The on-site restaurant also provided nice service.

The location is central and near many attractions. It is close to breakfast places and cafés for lunch or dinner. The hotel is located close to bus and tram lines making it easier to visit different parts of the city.
